Today (Sep 4, 2012), Tie’s fortune cookie reads “your
dearest wish will come true” --- he got it on Sunday Sep 2, right after my
final final discussion with Alyssa and opened it after we heard back from Cook
on the job offer!
A couple of weeks back, right after my interview trip to Bloomington,
my fortune cookie read “you will embark a most delightful trip” as we eagerly
and anxiously waited for the final decision.
The sentence eased me quite a lot during the waiting period and provided
me with the confidence in the good news.
Our conclusion: Fortune cookie never lies….
