"My" is one of the very first English words Easton picked up at daycare. Ever since then, he uses "my" in front of almost all objects he can say, "my train, my book, my mom, my...." While we are concerned with his strong sense of possession, we are patiently waiting for him to pass this stage.
One day, we had friends come over to celebrate Chinese new year. Easton claimed to all of our guests that everything in our apartment is "my (Easton's)" and no one was allowed to touch his toys or anything he can see. Surprisingly, there was one exception. Uncle TJ was the only one Easton was willing to share his toys and books since he started liking TJ immediately after TJ entered our home.
As Easton was happily playing with Uncle TJ, Aunt Anyu (TJ's wife) needed to talk to TJ for a moment. Easton almost pushed away Aunt Anyu and firmly said to Anyu: "my man!" !!!
